The gps fleet management – is a system for monitoring and control of vehicles. The system is based on gps fleet tracking technology and web technology to track the location of vehicles in real time, control their movement and stop. In addition the system has a powerful analytical functionality: the construction of optimal routes, monitoring assignments, monitoring of intersection defined zones, the formation of graphic and text reports, etc.

Fleet Management system allows you to bring a new level solutions to the most important tasks of maintenance of transport and gps vehicle tracking systems, such as: monitoring of vehicles, fighting abuse, logistics solutions, reduced costs of fuel and lubricants, to improve the quality of customer service, increase productivity and discipline

of personnel, as well as the tasks of accounting, planning, monitoring and analysis of the use of vehicles.

Hardware:

The system is implemented in a Web architecture based on the use of public channels of communication (the Internet), and consists of:

• hardware (GPS-devices, located on the TC);

• Web of Fleet Management.

• GPS-device performs the functions of a mobile transceiver, namely:

• definition of the spatial position of the TS Client;

• readouts of sensors, if they are installed (for example, data on the level of fuel);

• data transfer using GPRS-channel.

The overall functionality of the equipment for data transmission provides 2 operating modes:

• transfer data in real time (GPRS-modem is always in a position to connect to your ISP provider, with data from a certain time interval are transmitted via GPRS to a server);

• accumulation of data in memory, the Flash, at the moment there is no connection with the provider and send them immediately with the appearance of a stable connection.
